The requirements are high, the field of application is versatile and precision is the order of the day. Toolmaker Simon Rößler loves exactly that about his job: driving forward highly complex technical solutions in production and developing himself further in a young team. Rößler is not alone in his enthusiasm for his job. HIPPOLD brings together a strong workforce of around 90 employees. "We want to continue to grow sustainably," says Martin Hippold, who, together with his two brothers Bernhard and Thomas, manages the fortunes of the third-generation family business.
